Ever tried taking care of a pregnant pony? It’s kind of cute but gets annoying fast. The game makes it seem simple, but calling the ambulance and doing the check-up can be tricky. The controls are pretty neat at first, then get wonky with all the clicking. It’s definitely not as smooth as I hoped.

The game has neat controls that involve clicking and dragging. Sometimes the tricky part is dealing with wonky physics during the check-up. It’s not hard to get the hang of, but the lack of smoothness can be frustrating. Overall, basic but enough to keep you busy for a bit.
